WHAT IS GATHERING MAGAZINE?
Gathering began as a print magazine designed to inform our readers about all of the great opportunities to serve and volunteer in the Greater New Orleans area. Whether on paper or in the clouds, our mission remains the same – we want to motivate you, inspire you, teach you, encourage you and entertain you.
Our one requirement is that whatever you learn here – pass it on. If you receive encouragement, then encourage others; if you receive enlightenment, enlighten others. The gifts we receive are not ours to keep, but to be shared.
Our mission is to inspire people to transition our community from a state of confusion and despair to one of love, unity and hopefulness.
